As the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in enhancing Brizo’s digital presence to increase brand engagement and advocacy. Collaborating with cross-functional internal teams and external agency partners, you'll drive forward-thinking strategies that align with brand and business goals. 

This role provides significant opportunity for independence and growth. The ideal candidate must be proactive and quick thinking with a proven experience managing multiple projects at once.  

 

Key Responsibilities 

Digital Strategy & Execution 

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned media (SEO, SEM, email, social, web, and display advertising). Lead day-to-day execution and optimization of digital marketing strategies to ensure timely, brand-aligned delivery. Monitor industry trends and emerging digital platforms to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation. 

Performance Tracking & Analytics 

Analyze performance marketing campaigns and digital engagement using analytics tools; identify insights and present actionable recommendations. Report on KPIs, delivering concise insights that inform strategic decisions. Maintain marketing data quality and ensure adherence to governance best practices. 

Website Management & Optimization 

Oversee website content updates, product launches, and campaign integrations. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and implement website enhancements, focusing on UX and performance improvements. Apply SEO/SEM best practices to drive traffic and engagement, maintaining consistent brand messaging and tone. 

Email Marketing 

Support and optimize email campaigns across key segments, including content creation, automation, A/B testing, and performance analysis. Ensure alignment with brand voice and optimize for engagement and conversion. 

Social Media & Content 

Work with brand and agency teams to strategize, create, and optimize content for social channels and digital campaigns. Manage and grow the brand’s presence across platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Stay informed on evolving social media trends, emerging platforms, and new content formats. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

Work closely with Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Channel Marketing, and the Digital Experience team. Support broader digital initiatives, including CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Cloud, PIM systems, and social listening tools. Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to internal stakeholders. 

 

Other Considerations 

This role will require 20% travel, predominantly domestic. 

Education & Experience:   

B.S. or B.A. in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related business field7+ years of digital marketing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. In-depth experience developing and managing marketing strategies and campaign executions for social, email, blog and web Expertise with various digital tools and platforms like marketing automation and customer data platforms (SalesForce preferred) Proficient in making basic website updates on platforms such as Drupal or WordPress  Proven experience with web design and UX Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research experience creating email marketing campaigns within a CRM system Effective and clear communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a concise manner; both verbally and in writing to various audiences Comfortable working independently within tight, and often changing, timelines while managing competing priorities
