JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a highly motivated and curious Digital & Performance Media Intern to join our Beauty & Wellbeing team at Unilever Turkey. In this role, you will support the Digital Experience Lead and Performance Marketing Lead in day-to-day campaign execution, media performance tracking, and content coordination. You will gain hands-on experience in digital media planning, learn how to work with media agencies and platforms, and contribute to the execution of data-driven, high-impact brand campaigns. This internship is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital trends, eager to learn, and ready to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 

 

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE 

Support Digital Experience Lead and Performance Marketing Lead in day-to-day operations 

Assist in reporting and monitoring of digital media campaigns 

Help coordinate with media agencies and creative partners 

Track media KPIs and prepare performance dashboards 

Follow up digital trends and competitor activities 

Support content coordination across digital platforms 

Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions for media activations 

Experiences & Qualifications 

​​3rd or 4th year undergraduate students or recent graduates  

​Available to work in the office at least 2 days a week   

​ Familiarity with digital ad platforms (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.) 

​ Comfortable with numbers and basic data analysis 

​Holding a valid disability certificate issued by an authorized health institution in Turkey ​

2nd, 3rd or 4th grade at Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree. 

Available to contribute minimum 3 days a week
