The Digital Marketing Designer will play a key role in creating visually stunning and effective advertising creatives that drive engagement and conversions across various digital channels, including social media, email, and display advertising. You will work closely with the marketing team to concept, design, and deliver marketing campaigns that meet our business objectives, with a particular emphasis on helping us drive growth in Reuters.com digital subscriptions. 

About the role:

In this opportunity as a Digital Marketing Designer, you will:

Design and develop high-quality advertising creatives for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), email marketing, and display advertising (IAB display ads, native ads, etc.) Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand identity and ensure that all design work aligns with our brand guidelines Collaborate with the marketing team to concept and develop marketing campaigns that meet our business objectives, particularly around Reuters.com digital subscriptions growth Support the team creating high impact display advertising creatives for Reuters.com advertising clients Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all design work is optimized for conversion and engagement Provide design support for other marketing initiatives, including sales presentation decks and general marketing materials 

About You:

 You are a fit for the role if your background includes:

Full English-language proficiency (candidates will be tested before setting up an interview)5+ years of experience in digital marketing design, preferably in a fast-paced creative agency or in-house marketing team Portfolio that showcases expertise in designing for social media, email, and display advertising Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including conversion rate optimization, user experience, and accessibility Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator, Firefly a bonus Proficient in Figma Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint Experience in an interactive ad creation platform like Clipcentric is a bonus Good understanding of HTML and CSS Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail in design layouts demonstrating creativity, consistency and clarity Experience working in a global company
