Digital Marketing Coordinator

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will lead the Content, Social, and Paid Media team, ensuring the effective execution of communication initiatives. This person will collaborate closely with Marketing and cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies—including both paid and organic campaigns—aligned with business KPIs.

Key responsibilities include developing communication plans, coordinating content projects, leading the team during event execution, analyzing campaign and presenting performance. Expertise in content strategy development, digital marketing tactics, and effective communication in English are essential

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to build the Communication plan and roadmap.

Hold monthly meetings with the Marketing team to follow up on the Communication plan and adjust as needed.

Develop and oversee all aspects of digital marketing tactics, including paid and organic acquisition.

Act as the subject matter expert for digital marketing, end-to-end marketing delivery processes, governance and compliance, and content approvals.

Create digital strategies and establish a strong point of view on digital marketing optimization.

Launch new projects and platforms, monitor performance, and report on results.

Define and prioritize strategies and resources to meet business KPIs, including customer engagement, sales, and both organic and paid traffic.

Regularly analyze campaign performance and create clear reports.

Interact with global and local cross-functional teams on marketing strategy development, sales training, sales support, communication strategy, and marketing initiatives.

Conduct regular reviews of digital marketing activities and implement improvement plans to achieve business goals.

Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to address gaps in existing digital strategies.

Manage external vendors for high-investment campaigns, continuous improvement, best practices updates, and implementation of enhancements.

Provide detailed financial reporting by event and platform.

Produce and present Post-Show Reports.

Liaise with Business Units (BUs) for alignment, best practices, and knowledge sharing.

Manage the Social and Paid Media team.

Responsible for following and executing the Communication plan in alignment with the Marketing and Central teams.

Requirements:

Graduate degree Social Communication (Publicidade e Propaganda, Propaganda e Marketing, Jornalismo, Relações Públicas) or similar areas.

Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Previous Digital Marketing experience, including Inbound Marketing, social media and Paid Media Campaigns.

Experience with Team management.

Solid experience in managing social media and paid campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.

Proficiency in Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google AdWords, LinkedIn Ads and Office (Excel and PowerPoint).

Work format: Hybrid – 2 days per week at the office in São Paulo (Bela Cintra)
