Digital Marketing & Communications Manager | Luxury Hotels Group | Milano

We are seeking a highly strategic and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead the group’s visibility and digital voice across a collection of ultra-luxury and designed stunning properties, nestled in some of the world’s most breathtaking locations, that reflects their commitment to sophistication, innovation, and exclusivity. This role is ideal for content
experts and brand storytellers who understand the nuances of the high-end market and is passionate about crafting narratives that engage a select clientele with refined tastes and
appreciation for timeless elegance.


Key responsibilities:


• Develop and implement refined digital marketing strategies across the portfolio, ensuring consistent alignment with brand identity and tone of voice.
• Define and oversee editorial plans across platforms, coordinating with agencies on content calendars, messaging, and visual storytelling.
• Curate, brief, and manage the creation of digital content (social media, newsletters, blog articles, digital campaigns), ensuring all materials reflect the group’s high-end positioning and aesthetic values.
• Partner with the digital agency to manage paid campaigns, track KPIs, and optimize performance across digital channels.

• Collaborate with the PR agency to align messaging, amplify campaigns, and strengthen brand visibility in international luxury and lifestyle media.
• Ensure that digital communications across properties — including social media, websites and email marketing — maintain a unified and elevated voice.
• Monitor industry trends, digital innovation, and competitor activity, applying insights to keep the brand at the forefront of the luxury space.
• Guide the production of assets and content during shoots, stays, or events, ensuring creative output meets both strategic and visual standards.

• Serve as a brand guardian across digital channels, ensuring every piece of content reinforces the brand's values, tone, and exclusivity.
• Support on-site and remote activations with content strategy, live storytelling, and digital coordination across properties.
• Travel to properties for content creation, brand immersions, and agency coordination.

Requirements:


• Bachelor’s degree in marketing & communications, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, within the luxury hospitality, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
• A refined eye for storytelling, content, and visual direction within a luxury brand environment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver aligned marketing outcomes.
• Fluent in English and italian languages, both written and spoken
• Proficient in content planning, editorial strategies, digital analytics, and campaign management.
• Skilled in briefing and reviewing content, managing tone of voice, and driving brand consistency.
• Strong organizational abilities and excellent communication skills.
• High attention to detail, a passion for storytelling, and a genuine understanding of luxury audiences.
