このポジションでは、デジタル広告やオーガニック検索を起点とした新規リード獲得、Webサイト最適化によるリード獲得率の向上といったデジタルマーケティング施策を支援しながら、企業がAgentic Enterpriseへの第一歩を踏み出すための基盤づくりに貢献していただきます。

広告、SEO、Webサイトの最適化によるリード獲得という、幅広いデジタルマーケティング施策の実行支援と各施策のパフォーマンス分析を元に、より高い効果を得るためのインサイトや改善提案をデジタルマーケティングチームの一員として行なう他、キャンペーンプロダクトマーケティングなどの関連ステークホルダーに対するパフォーマンス共有を通じ、広くマーケティング全体への貢献を行われることを期待しています。

＜主な業務内容＞

デジタル広告、SEO、Web最適化施策の施策管理と実行支援：

デジタル広告、SEOおよびWeb最適化を担当するメンバーが立案した、各種デジタルマーケティング施策における施策の実行オペレーション支援（入稿・設定・CMS更新・進行管理補助）を行っていただきます

例：

● ディスプレイ広告施策においてパフォーマンスが高かったクリエイティブ（バナー）の集計と情報のまとめ

● 新規SEO記事作成時のキーワード管理と分析ツールへの登録作業支援

●Web CMSによるSEO目的の記事コンテンツやブログ記事等の制作作業

● 各ステークホルダーからの依頼において作成されるリード獲得フォームの把握と、デジタル広告 / SEO担当者およびそれぞれの支援パートナー企業担当者への情報連携

● Web改善プロジェクトの全体スケジュール把握および進行管理支援

デジタルマーケティング施策のパフォーマンス分析:

Marketing Operations Teamに所属するウェブ分析マネージャーおよびSEM, SEO, Web最適化担当と連携し、各デジタルマーケティング施策における施策単位での集計・可視化・一次分析のサポート（インサイト抽出は上位メンバーと協働）を行っていただきます

例：

●デジタル広告やSEO施策の協力パートナーが提供する分析データおよび社内で確認できるパフォーマンスデータの突き合せによるインサイトの抽出支援

●SEO施策におけるキーワードと記事パフォーマンスの横断的な分析支援

●ABテストや内部リンク調整などのWeb最適化施策に対する導入後のパフォーマンス分析集計

● B2B領域におけるデジタルマーケティングの業務経験:
CRMの世界 #1 プロバイダーであるSalesforceはB2B領域において積極的にデジタルマーケティングを展開しており、デジタル広告、SEO、Web最適化といった幅広いデジタルマーケティング関連の知識やスキルを業務経験を通じて得ることができます

● 最先端の分析ツールの活用: Google Analytics 4（GA4）、SEMRush、Tableauといった業界トップクラスのツールを使い、データ分析のスキルを磨けます

● グローバルな環境: 海外のチームメンバーと協力して仕事をする機会があり、グローバルな環境で働く経験が得られます

＜必須スキル・要件＞

技術的なスキル・経験

● Webサイト運用/制作において、Web CMSまたはHTMLの直接編集にてページの制作や更新を行った経験

または

SEM/Display等のデジタル広告またはSEO改善施策に携わった経験

（各2年以上）

● Google Analytics やその他デジタルマーケティング関連の分析ツールを用いてパフォーマンス分析を行った実績（2年以上）

Webサイトに限らず、デジタル広告のパフォーマンス分析や、SEOにおけるパフォーマンスの分析の実績などでも可

● ExcelやGoogleスプレッドシートデータにて、関数などを用いてデータ集計や加工を行なった経験

●タグ設定/計測環境の運用補助（GA4/広告管理画面の基本操作）

プロジェクトマネジメント & ソフトスキル

● 並行して進行する複数のデジタルマーケティング施策のプロジェクト管理、または管理を支援した経験

● 変化の速いデジタルマーケティングの領域において、自ら最新情報を学ぶ探求心と、新しい手法を提案できる積極性

● 社内外（自チームのメンバー、作業依頼者、外部協力会社等）のステークホルダーに対し、適切かつスムーズにコミュニケーションが行なえる能力

＜歓迎スキル・経験＞

● Photoshop等の画像編集ツールを使用した、画像のサイズ変更・圧縮やバナー作成の経験

● B2B（特にエンタープライズ向け）においてマーケティングに携わった経験

● デジタルマーケティングにおけるABテストの実施経験（Web、デジタル広告問わず）

● TableauなどのBI / パフォーマンス分析ツールで簡易ダッシュボードを更新した経験

● WebサイトのUI/UXデザインに関する基礎知識

● 英語でのコミュニケーション能力、またはグローバルチームとの協業経験
