Responsibilities:
Develop and implement digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce strategies to achieve business goals.Lead online sales initiatives to increase direct bookings, optimize customer journeys, and drive revenue.Plan and manage paid media, SEO/SEM, and performance marketing campaigns to maximize visibility and ROI.Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights and regular reportsManage content creation, campaigns, and influencer collaborations to showcase the resort’s unique experiences.Oversee annual online marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency and effective allocation of resources.Collaborate with Marketing Communication and PR, Sales and FB teams to align campaigns with promotions and key events.Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, E-Commerce, Communications, or related field.3–5 years’ proven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, ideally in luxury hospitality.Strong expertise in SEO/SEM, paid advertising, content creation, and campaign management.Proficiency in analytics and e-commerce tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, booking platforms).Excellent communication, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills.Experience in budget management and cost control.Creative, analytical, and results-driven, with a passion for luxury hospitality.Experience in a remote resort location will be an added advantageRequirements:
