Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Digital Marketing and Automation Specialist to enhance our merchant acquisition strategies within the payments sector. This role is pivotal in leveraging digital channels and automation tools to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Management

Monitor, Analyze and report on campaigns based on performance metrics to ensure maximum ROI.

Marketing Automation

Implement and manage marketing automation workflows to streamline customer journeys and improve engagement.

Utilize platforms like HubSpot, Pardot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud to automate repetitive tasks and personalize communications.

Ensure CRM and marketing automation platform integration and data quality across systems

Contact A/B testing for subject lines, copy, design and Call-to-Actions.

Develop and maintain lead scoring models, customer journeys and segmentation strategies to improve campaign performance

Maintain email best practices including compliance with GDPR and deliverable standards.

Manage landing pages, forms, and call-to-action support lead generation and capture.

Collaboration & Strategy

Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

 Execute workflows aligned with the buyer journey

Qualifications

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the payments or fintech industry.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).

Experience with CRM systems, data analysis tools, Google Analytics, Power BI

Familiarity with paid media retargeting (Google Ads,Linkedin,Meta)

Soft Skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic web development.

Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy regulations.

Certifications in marketing automation platforms
