Job DescriptionVisa is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst with an ability to help create and execute multi-channel digital media, digital advertising and performance marketing. The ideal candidate is a team player and problem solver that can leverage technology and data to gain insight into customer behavior and use that insight to drive high-performing digital marketing initiatives across various channels. A successful candidate will be responsible for helping develop, implement and track digital campaigns. The role will sit in Visa Marketing, and support Visa Acceptance Solutions brands.
The Digital Marketing Analyst role will support global demand marketing efforts through our paid media strategy that defines, reaches and aligns with our customer lifecycle goals (awareness, consideration, purchase, loyalty) – and helps execute against it to ensure we get more of the right eyeballs, more return visits, qualified leads — all at an efficient media cost.
Applicants should also have experience in paid media, specifically in social media and paid search management. B2B experience and knowledge within the payments or fintech industry is a plus. Part of an efficient digital media strategy is understanding the different layers of technical optimization — creative, targeting, bidding, journey and more. Our digital media should be bold, relevant, and cut through the noise in today’s world of content and creative inundation.
This role reports to the Marketing Director for Visa Acceptance Solutions.
This Position Will Be Responsible For
Help deliver multi-channel digital media campaigns through paid search, organic/paid social, programmatic advertising and direct media buying.
Support execution efforts from tracking, tagging, and trafficking with our media agencies and partners to ensure all aspects align in a timely manner.
Coordinate social and search marketing optimization efforts that stems from 1+ years of in-channel experience.
Align with demand and performance marketing teams to validate lead quality and contact acquisition.
Manage digital media projects and scheduling against timelines. Ensure forecasting, readiness, timeliness, execution and pacing to goal.
Assist in campaign measurement and action-driven reporting. Can look at data, analyze it, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), draw insights, and take action.
Help develop new and innovative growth strategies across media, creative, and technology that bolster efficiency of media dollars. You have a geeky/analytical side that thrives in A/B testing and enjoys figuring out what works and why.
This is a global support role – working with EU, AP, LAC and NA markets.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 89,900 to 134,600 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
