You’ll transform large sets of data into clear visualizations, reports, and recommendations that drive campaign performance, channel efficiency, and marketing ROI. This role is ideal for a hands-on, thorough analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and data-centric environment. **What You'll Do:** + Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports to track key marketing metrics across web, email, paid media, SEO, and social channels + Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand customer behavior, conversion funnels, and multi-channel campaign effectiveness + Aid global and regional teams by providing standardized reporting on critical metrics and insights for campaign planning, testing, and optimization + Partner with data engineers and Martech specialists to validate data integrity across systems (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce, etc.) + Assist in setting up and analyzing A/B tests, segmentation strategies, and personalization efforts + Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing and business collaborators + Stay informed about digital analytics trends, tools, and best practices to improve marketing performance measurement **What You'll Need:** To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. The minimum salary for the Digital Marketing Analyst position is $65,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Digital Marketing Analyst position is $75,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
