About the Role

• Platform owner of corporate website and iShop.
• Support lead nurturing and generation activities by leveraging the corporate website and iShop to drive sustainable new business growth for AIA Hong Kong.
• Embrace new MarTech tools and innovative ideas to enhance lead generation and conversion, contributing to the growth of both Local and MCV businesses.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop new and innovative features for the corporate website and iShop.Manage user journeys and content on the corporate website and iShop to ensure a best-in-class user experience.Support omnichannel strategies and work with various channels to maximize lead generation and conversion.Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver segment-led and relevant content using customer data platforms.Analyze and identify key conversion and drop-off points in the customer journey to optimize user experience and lead conversion.Prepare reports and analytics to monitor the overall performance of web campaigns.Stay up to date with digital trends, emerging marketing technologies, competitive activities, and best practices to drive innovation in lead generation and conversion.

Minimum Job Requirements:

University degree with minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in the financial services or related industryGood understanding of customer digital behaviorsProven experience in digital, performance marketing and e-commerceCreative mindsetStrong interpersonal and time management skills. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesKeen eye for detail; capable of working independently with minimum supervision; ability to multitaskGood communication, presentation and influencing skillsProficient in spoken and written Chinese and English
