Responsibilities

Capture business requirements with various stakeholders and deliver digitalization projects for our assembly lineIntroduce and support off-the-shelf digital technologies, such as a manufacturing execution system (MES)Act as Product Owner for internally and externally developed softwareAlign local initiatives and research projects with the global Rolls-Royce digitalization strategyDeliver capability for simulations of manufacturing processes and systems

Qualification and Experience

University degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related fieldStrong project management skills (including SCRUM and Agile methodologies)Experience in digitalization projects in a manufacturing environmentKnowledge in manufacturing processes and common software solutions (e.g., MES, Teamcenter, SAP)Fluency in English and good proficiency of German required
