About the Team

This role is based at Diageo’s Shieldhall packaging site. Shieldhall packages a huge volume of Scotch malt whiskies, white spirits and ready to drink brands to supply over 170 countries worldwide and is a key manufacturing site within the Scotch supply category.

About the Role

This role will sit within the Digital Manufacturing team, under the Operational Technology (OT) & Cyber Security section, enabling you to be involved in new and future equipment/system introductions along with understanding existing/legacy equipment & systems.

In this role, you will be part of a growing team responsible for day-to-day operation of the sites security infrastructure; support the development, implementation, and maintenance of OT systems and cybersecurity measures. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in OT and cybersecurity, working closely with senior engineers and various stakeholders across the organisation.

You will work with cross functional teams across the manufacturing site to embed new technologies and improve ways of working, within the OT & Cyber security role remit, requiring you to coach, train, and communicate at all levels on site.

About you  

The successful candidate will have an understanding of Cyber Security and Operational Technologies either through formal training or by experience. Ideally, you will also understand manufacturing operations.

We are looking for someone with a proven ability to develop relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional team and who has a genuine passion for New technology Advancement and Cyber Security to help improve our sites Cyber Security Compliance Standards.
