Short Description: Looking for Digital Lead
Salary Range: 108571-119893 AUD Total Gross

Location : Melbourne

Roles and Responsibilities:Bottom-line responsibility of Infosys deliveryCollaborating with business teams to understand business requirementsUnderstand the various integration touch point and data flow related to customer service, POS and digital businessesProvide solutions to production issues around digital, customer service and retail areasDrive /participate/coordinate key meetings with stakeholdersFocus on operational excellence, identification and eradication of process inefficiencies. Continuous improvement initiativesSkill / Competencies / Experience:
Domain: Customer Service, Ecommerce (Digital) and StoresCloud and Integrations :- AWS Services, Biztalk, KafkaDatabase:- Cliqview, Oracle, SQL serverEnterprise Tools: JIRA, ServiceNow, Automic SchedulerDocumentation: ConfluenceESSENTIALGood functional and technical knowledge of ecommerce and digital systems to be able to guide team.PREFERREDStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.Highly motivated self-driven with a positive attitude.
