**Overview**
The Digital Integration Director combines digital media strategy development with the integration of cutting-edge technologies to drive cohesive and innovative digital marketing solutions. In this function, you will strategize, implement, and optimize digital campaigns while ensuring the seamless integration of new technologies across the organization.
The Digital integration Director will have a strong background in digital technologies, a solid understanding of the full digital scope and funnel (Programmatic & Direct buying, SOME, SEA/SEA, Adops, Data & Tech), and a proven track record of driving digital innovation.
The Digital Integration Director is an active member of PMX (Publicis Media Exchange) and reports directly to the Head of PMX.
**Responsibilities**
**YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ **Project Managemen** t: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on timely and budget-compliant delivery. Coordinate resources to meet strategic objectives.
+ **Budgeting and Financial Oversight** : Manage and optimize digital budgets across various channels to ensure cost-effective strategies that maximize ROI. Conduct billing forecasts and collaborate with media teams on financial planning.
+ **Supplier Management** : Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability. Develop strong relationships with key suppliers and manage contracts and pricing agreements.
+ **Innovation and Continuous Improvement** : Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies. Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement to enhance efficiency and scalability.
+ **Compliance and Assurance:** Ensure all media content meets quality standards and complies with industry regulations and company policies. Implement quality control processes and conduct regular audits.
+ **Digital Strategy Development** : Develop and implement digital strategies aligned with company goals. Identify key areas for digital transformation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital solutions. Active involvement in new business strategies.
+ **Stakeholder Engagement** : Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and build support for digital initiatives. Communicate changes effectively and provide necessary training and support.
+ **Team Management:** Conduct performance reviews and implement development plans for digital teams. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
+ **Digital Productivity & Investment** : Develop and implement productivity (improvement) strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives and with those of our clients. Actively helps to develop a future proof plan that helps to grow our revenue streams (Apex, variable remuneration on optimization, Publicis ID)
+ **New (Digital & Data) solutions** : Develop, recommend and install strategies for new digital solutions like Publicis ID, Retail media
**Qualifications**
**WHO ARE YOU?**
· You show a proven ability to create and execute strategic digital plans that drive engagement and meet client objectives.
· You have a solid expertise in evaluating and implementing digital marketing technologies, including analytics tools and content management systems.
· You have a strong understanding of digital ad technology and data integration best practices.
· You are proficient in using analytics platforms to monitor performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
