Role Purpose:
Join our team as a Digital Insurance Operations Associate, supporting digital projects and the insurance industry by testing platforms, identifying issues, and facilitating communication between project teams and IT.
Key Responsibilities:
Test digital platforms, report issues, and assist in prioritizing them. Develop test cases, create user guides, and support troubleshooting. Contribute to communication strategies and organize meetings. Support training sessions and data migration to new platforms. Advanced level in English (C1) is a must.Native/bilingual proficiency in German/Dutch/French/Italian is required.Familiarity with Word, Excel, and Jira.Strong digital and computer literacy skills. Experience with IT platforms and quality control is desirable.Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively and an interest in the insurance market.Skills in active listening, attention to detail, business partnership, data analysis, multi-tasking, operational excellence, time management, and troubleshooting.
