Our Digital Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for driving sustainable growth for Siemens Smart Infrastructure’s Digital Business by expanding the reach of our Building X software portfolio and digital services. Compensation is tied to annual reoccurring revenue growth from digital offerings in targeted accounts. The role emphasizes high-volume, transactional sales and works closely with the Siemens Area Field team, Digital Service Center, and Project groups. 

As A Digital Inside Sales Representative, you will: 

Drive software and digital services growth in new and existing U.S. customer accounts Identify and implement strategies to increase digital sales based on industry trends and installed base insights  Support contract negotiations for transactional opportunities  Execute a structured sales process to identify, develop, and close opportunities  Maintain a healthy sales funnel aligned with growth targets  Track and report on opportunity progress and conversion rates  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer engagement  Understand customer needs and coordinate with internal resources to resolve technical or commercial challenges  Stay informed on industry trends to uncover new service opportunities  Represent Siemens at relevant industry events and forums Demonstrate the ability to: Work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment  Influence and collaborate within a matrixed organization Close deals and negotiate contracts 

You will make an impact with these qualifications:

Basic Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree OR 4+ years of educational/on-the-job experience with inside sales 2+ years of experience in digital transformation or high-volume software/services sales  Written and verbal communication skills in English This position supports a Siemens customer that requires all employees and vendors to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 where permitted by applicable law and in accordance with an accommodation based on legally protected reasons

The pay range for this position is $63,630 - $109,080 annually plus an uncapped commission structure. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
