The ideal candidate will be responsible for vendor performance reporting, software contract consumption, services contract burn down reporting, coordination of RFx activities, vendor communications and notifications, monthly business review coordination, and contract lifecycle management support. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical, communication, and project management skills to ensure optimal vendor performance and compliance with contract terms. **The Team** **Black & Veatch’s Business Enablement** consists of critical groups that help enable the organizations people, projects, and businesses to be as successful as possible. Functions in this group include Digital & Information Technology, Global Finance, Global Human Resources, Legal, Risk Management, and Government Affairs and Real Estate and Building Services. **Key Responsibilities** + Create, maintain, and finalize bidder lists for indirect procurement activities. + Conduct market research. + Perform complex expediting duties. + Support continuous improvement efforts and manage change associated with implementing improvements. + Coordinate contract execution. + Create and maintain contract records. + Report on contract consumption. + Prepare monthly procurement reports. + Report on vendor performance. + Support the RFP process and manage the related bidding activities. + Import usage data for top software titles to provide business representatives with trend insights. + Coordinate IT contract review processes for new orders/suppliers with the IT Contract Manager and internal Legal department. + Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and/or project teams, including coordination of PO or SOW revisions as needed. + Conduct competitive bidding exercises, including leading and managing the evaluation process through distribution of quotations, evaluation of requirements/standards, and collaboration with business lines on potential hardware/software solutions. + Perform other sourcing, indirect procurement, and Vendor Management Office duties as assigned. **Management Responsibilities** Individual Contributor **Preferred Qualifications** + 5 years related experience + Higher education preferred (University / College Degree) + Experience with ServiceNow Procurement and Contracts modules preferred. + Basic Contract Construct and Negotiation Skills preferred + Strong Communication - Written and Oral + Strong Analytical Skills + Problem Solving + Technically proficiency + Organizational skills + Strong Attention to Detail **Minimum Qualifications** + Minimum of 2 years' experience performing duties comparable to those of a Contract Administrator 3 + Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field + All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations. **Certifications** ITIL Foundations (or higher) **Work Environment/Physical Demands** Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment based upon manager discretion, job performance and work assignments. **Salary Plan** ADM: Administrative/Business **Job Grade** 004 Black & Veatch endeavors to makeaccessible to any and all users.
