Digital Hub Manager

 

 

 

Objectives of the Position

 

As Digital Hub Manager, you will be part of the Digital Hub leadership team and drive the further extension of the employee base and product scope.

 

 

Main Tasks

 

Digital Hub Development:

Proactively drive the further development of the Digital Hub in terms of structure, concepts, and portfolio.Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation in the digital industry.Lead internal communication initiatives to ensure transparent and effective information flow within the Digital Hub.Foster a culture of employee engagement by organizing regular team-building activities, workshops, and social events.Collaborate with universities to establish partnerships for recruiting purposes and create internship programs to attract young talent.Represent the Digital Hub at career fairs, industry conferences, and university events to promote the company's brand and opportunities.Create and manage digital content for internal  and external communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, and social media platforms.Develop and execute employee recognition programs to celebrate achievements and boost morale.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration within the Digital Hub to drive innovation and improve project outcomes.

 

Disciplinary Leadership in close collaboration with the functional manager:

Prepare Job profiles, identify, hire and onboard new employeesCoach employees and lead them based on local requirementsDevelop the career path of the team members Overseeing the team members involvement in the Digital Hub roadmap and activities

 

 

Requirements

 

Education

Degree in Computer Science, Business or in a comparable field

 

Working Experience

Minimum 5 years related working experience

 

Technical & Professional Knowledge (Mandatory)

Proven ability to inspire and lead teams, e.g. people leadership role or leading complex projects Track record of different roles in IT/Digitalization, e.g. Development, Operations, Provider Management etc. that allows to gain a deep understanding of end-to-end IT delivery processesExperience in planning and executing employee engagement activities and workshopsStrong understanding of recruitment strategies and talent acquisitionExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsDigital Marketing and Branding ExpertiseProject Management and Collaboration ToolsData Analysis and Feedback Mechanisms

 

Technical & Professional Knowledge (Additional Benefit)
