Digital HR Compensation Specialist

Team Overview and Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate colleague who will support our digital transformation in the area of Compensation. The compensation function is responsible to define, implement and monitor all remuneration policies in line with business objectives.

You will be part of Human Resources Management team and you will have a strategic role within the organization as it directly affects the performance of employees and their ability to meet the goals set by the Company.

What you will do


• You will be involved in the management and optimization of the core HR system (Workday) for remuneration policies at group level;
• Support the Compensation & Benefits team to manage the main compensation processes on the core HR systems and dedicated tools

• You will work in close collaboration with payroll departments to guarantee correct and timely payment of salaries, pensions and social security contributions.

• You will maintain and administer the core HR System (Workday), ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Providing training and support to HR team members and end-users on HRIS functionalities.

•Ensure compliance with current regulations (Italian and foreign) and the correct application of internal guidelines and processes;
• You will support the definition of salary increase budgets for Annual Salary Review process. : reporting and analysis to support the annual salary review process with relevant HRs and Business Leads, considering both the macroeconomic context and the Company’s financial situation;
• You will develop and manage remuneration tools (surveys, benchmarking etc.) to monitor the market trend and identify any gaps compared to competitors;
•Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems, ensuring the best possible use of available resources;
• You will provide consultancy services on various issues related to remuneration and benefits management;
• Participation in various C&B Projects to develop process workflows and manage C&B information

Qualification:
- Degree in Economics / Engineering / Computer Science or similar;
- Knowledge of English language at B2 level;
- Proven experience in a similar position;
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills;
- Experience in working in international and multicultural environments;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point);
-  Workday knowledge would be considered a plus;
