Digital HCM Systems Analyst

In this position you will support all Payroll Areas in scope, acting as a liaison between the external payroll provider and Emerson business units, while maintaining a relationship with the Global HRIS Team and Key Customers such as HRIS - Operations and Payroll Country team and ADP. The position covers all needs in terms of system issue resolution and assistance with data maintenance within HCM (Human Capital Management), GlobalView and Streamline applications as well as interfaces in place for connectivity purposes for Emerson Business Units. We encourage advancement and offer tangible development opportunities! **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Monitoring and ensuring the good functionality of the Connectivity between the Payroll applications and ensure high data accuracy transfer through the Interface in place for each Payroll Area. + Providing day-to-day support for the payroll system, addressing and resolving user issues promptly. Conduct system maintenance, including updates, patches, and configurations. + Performing regular support tasks including monitoring, updating, and following up on emails and tickets from TrackIT and ADP eService until resolution. + Supporting Business Units with payroll data loads in Oracle HCM – salary, costing, banking details + Assisting Business Units with the creation and configuration of payroll-related elements, such as work schedule rules, costing details, and salary basis. + Assisting employees in supported countries with access issues related to their Payslip Portals. + Assisting with the application functionality and regression testing + Providing assistance and support to Project Implementation Teams for the future countries that will go live with ADP Global Payroll + Acting as a backup for other team members as needed. + Maintaining updated process flows and documentation for day-to-day tasks, including work instructions, procedures, and shared documents with Business Units. **Who You Are:** You focus on strategy and monitor changes.
