Principal responsibilities:

Manage the deployment of the overarching commercialisation business strategy that positions Digital as an increasing driver of WPB’s revenue, cost and business improvementBuild Digital Proposition, leverage on our bank’s product / service edges in digital platform and raise awareness of our digital brandOptimisation of customer communications on digital platforms, to be conducted in close partnership with the Marketing function with the aim to enhance brand awareness, expand the digital customer base, increase traffic usage to our digital platformsDrive and share best practice to improve digital experience based on research and customer feedbackCollaborate with business units, channel teams, marketing and IT for the design and management of the digital customer journeys from acquisition, on boarding, retention to reactivation, with the connectivity power of external media our mobile / internet to drive brand awareness and customer stickinessDevelop an expert knowledge of customer base, market trends, and competitor activities for the support of strategic directionExplore new digital marketing trends, continually research and identify opportunities to enhance the digital marketing mix.

University degree in Business Administration, Marketing OR other relevant qualificationsAt least 5 years’ retail banking experience is preferredSolid experience in digital experience enhancement and /or digital marketingCustomer-oriented with strong business acumen and analytical skillsAbility to respond resourcefully when change occurs by applying change principles for successful navigation through changeStrong Self-motivation with good project management and interpersonal skillsProficiency in both English and ChineseGreat sense of ownership and servicing mind-set to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery.Open-minded and self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills and strong sense of responsibilityProfessional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.
