The Opportunity

Are you ready to take your first step into the fast-paced world of digital forensics? Join a globally recognised leader with over 20 years of innovation and expertise in forensic software, hardware, and investigations. We’re seeking a Forensics Associate Consultant to become part of our dynamic and expanding OnDemand Digital Forensic & Investigation team.

This role offers a rare opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects and clients, supporting forensic engagements and developing a deep understanding of the full Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM). You’ll collaborate with experts across OpenText, gaining hands-on experience while playing a key role in shaping the future of forensic solutions.

 

What You'll Be Doing

Executing methodical exhibit handling and property managementConducting forensic data collections with integrity and precisionSupporting forensic operations both in-office and on-siteEngaging in active learning to broaden your expertise across the full EDRM cycleAssisting in the continuous development and innovation of our forensic capabilities

 

What You Bring to the Team

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field OR equivalent experience in digital forensicsFamiliarity with industry tools such as EnCase and TableauFundamental understanding of mobile device forensicsMeticulous attention to detail with strong organizational skillsA cool head under pressure — able to prioritize, multitask, and deliverExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalTechnical curiosity and a creative, solutions-oriented mindsetProficiency with Microsoft Office applications

 

Bonus Points For

Experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systemsProficiency with Cellebrite toolsKnowledge of key legislation like the Computer Misuse Act and GDPRFamiliarity with ISO forensic lab standardsScripting skills (Python, SQL, PowerShell, or Bash)Flexibility for travel at short noticeA full UK driving license
