Job DescriptionAbout the role:In this dynamic role, you will lead digital innovation by executing digitalization projects. This role is embedded in a dynamic, cross-functional team and reports to the Improvements Lead of our Manufacturing department.
How you will contribute:
Identifying and implementing digitization initiatives.
Providing support for internal development projects and digital expertise at the site.
Maintenance, alignment and improvement of existing solutions.
Ensuring data consistency and integrity, adhering to best practices and aligning with global data standards.
Partnering with global and local teams to integrate site data into a unified data ecosystem, driving standardization and reducing data fragmentation.
Participation in communities of practice, promoting best practices, re-use and scalability in digitalization across the network.

What Takeda can offer you:A competitive remuneration package with a minimum salary of € 4.157,14 gross per month (full-time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry) - the actual salary depends on your professional experience and qualifications.
