Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Expert with strong experience in the telecommunications sector to drive digital transformation, optimize customer engagement, and support the adoption of next-generation technologies. The successful candidate will play a key role in modernizing customer journeys, enhancing digital channels, and leveraging data to improve service delivery and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead digital transformation initiatives across consumer and enterprise business units, including B2C, B2B, and wholesale segments.
• Drive the development and continuous improvement of digital channels (web, mobile app, self-service portals, e-care platforms).
• Collaborate with product, marketing, IT, and network teams to ensure digitally integrated service offerings (e.g., bundled services, OTT, 5G).
• Analyze customer behavior, service usage, and digital KPIs to optimize the digital customer journey and reduce churn.
• Support the implementation of AI-driven tools (e.g., chatbots, recommendation engines, predictive analytics) for customer service and personalization.
• Ensure seamless integration of CRM, billing, OSS/BSS systems with front-end digital platforms.
• Monitor industry trends in 5G, IoT, cloud services, and network virtualization, providing strategic digital insights.
• Drive agile product development and fast iteration cycles for digital features and services.
• Promote a data-driven culture by helping teams leverage customer insights and real-time analytics.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, telecom-specific standards).


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Digital Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• experience in digital strategy or transformation roles within the telecom or technology sector.
• Strong understanding of telco infrastructure, customer lifecycle, and digital ecosystems.
• Experience with telecom platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Amdocs, Ericsson, Huawei, Netcracker).
• Proficiency in digital tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Adobe Experience Cloud).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to drive change across business units.


Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with eSIM provisioning, omnichannel customer support, digital onboarding.
• Experience in cloud-native environments, APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Understanding of network technologies (5G, fiber, IoT) and their digital business impact.
