Explore low-code/no-code platforms to develop tools. • Be a storyteller: Help others understand the “why” behind our tools and spaces by documenting processes and sharing new capabilities. • Empower others: Train users from all walks of life—no tech background required—to feel confident and inspired in our environments. • Keep the magic running: Troubleshoot and maintain the tech and tools that make our physical and virtual event spaces come alive. • Curate the vibe: Ensure our event spaces are not just functional, but welcoming, inspiring, and client-ready. • Be hands-on: From prepping gear for events to helping the team with other event logistics, you’ll help bring every detail together. **Required Skills:** • A DIY spirit and a hunger to learn new things. • A natural collaborator who’s comfortable working with everyone from creatives to C-suite execs. • A “no task too small” mindset—because every detail matters. • Flexibility to adapt, pivot, and bring your best energy when it counts. • Willingness to work onsite in Chicago and occasionally in Addison, IL. • Comfortable moving furniture and setting up physical spaces (with help!). • Able to travel to support events elsewhere. • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint). • A Bachelor’s degree in any field—your curiosity and creativity is important to us. **Life at Capgemini** Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
