Job Description:At Regions, the Digital Experience Researcher is a specialist that uses qualitative and quantitative mixed research methods to gather and synthesize data and feedback to improve usability, solve problems and inform product strategy at every stage of the design and development process. This research will add context and insight to the design process; paving the way to products that are useful, usable, frictionless and delightful. The Researcher is responsible for designing, planning and executing the research plan including screeners, surveys, usability testing, focus groups, interviews, field visits, ethnography studies, competitive analysis, cognitive walkthroughs, task analysis, journey development and persona building. Researchers are storytellers who can visualize and present findings in a concise narrative to stakeholders, partners and product owners.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in cognitive or experimental psychology, human computer interaction, human factors, Digital Design, Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Market Research or related fieldThree (3) years experience as a UX User Researcher or similar roleStrong and capable engagement in standard research processes with experience in qualitative and user-centered design research methodologiesKnowledge of UX and user centered design practicesFamiliarity of quantitative behavioral analysis and statisticsSkills and Competencies

This position is intended to be onsite, now or in the near future. Associates will have regular work hours, including full days in the office three or more days a week. The manager will set the work schedule for this position, including in-office expectations. Regions will not provide relocation assistance for this position, and relocation would be at your expense. The locations available for this role are Birmingham, AL, Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC.
