Digital & Experience Learning Professional

Job Mission:

The Digital & Experience Learning Professional is responsible for the development, deployment, and optimization of digital learning solutions that drive the continuous growth of Beauty Advisors. This role ensures that digital learning platforms and technology-driven training tools are effectively implemented, engaging, and aligned with business needs.

While digital learning remains the primary focus, this position also supports experience-driven learning by integrating product expertise, client interaction skills, and team engagement practices. Learning initiatives will be facilitated through special activities, peer learning, and knowledge-sharing programs to ensure best practices are shared and applied across teams.

Additionally, this role collaborates closely with Retail, CX, MKT and Regional/Global Learning Teams to enhance learning effectiveness, ensuring that BAs are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Learning Strategy & Implementation (70%)

Develop and execute the annual implementation plan for digital learning, ensuring alignment with retail & learning objectives.Manage digital learning platforms (Inside Beauty and Bloom) to curate and deliver structured, engaging content.Provide technical support for digital learning tools and ensure smooth deployment across retail teams.Track and analyze digital learning performance, including penetration rates, completion rates, and engagement metrics.Ensure high-quality translation and localization of learning materials by personally handling translations and reviewing content for accuracy.Collaborate with HR on One House learning initiatives (e.g., Learning Path, My Camelia).Advocate for digital learning adoption, ensuring BAs effectively integrate self-learning tools into their daily work.Serve as the key liaison for global and regional digital learning projects.

BA Experience Learning & Integration (20%)

Incorporate experience-driven learning elements into digital programs to enhance engagement and real-world application : product expertise, client interaction skills and team engagementSupport peer learning and knowledge-sharing initiatives, ensuring that best practices are leveraged across teams.Assist in developing learning solutions that reinforce client service excellence, aligning with CX strategies.Collaborate with Retail Learning & Development Partners to support coaching programs that integrate digital tools.Take full ownership of the BA Experience Learning & Integration area by leading the development of BAs as internal digital influencers. This includes reviewing content, planning calendars, aligning with cross-functional teams, designing and following up on incentive programs, nurturing influencer skills, and planning as well as following up on contests and related initiatives.

Performance Tracking & Stakeholder Collaboration (10%)

Regularly update the Learning & Development team on digital learning progress and impact.Identify learning gaps and propose data-driven solutions to improve engagement and effectiveness.Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a seamless learning experience for BAs.

Participate in cross-functional BA experience projects to enhance retail competency and service

excellence.

Academic / Professional Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

Work Experience

Minimum than 3 years of experience in digital learning / program design / education / retail /onlineExperience in retail field would be a plus
