Join Agilent’s UX team as a Digital Experience Designer and play a key role in redefining Agilent.com into a seamless, data-driven, and user-centered e-commerce platform. You’ll lead experimentation efforts through A/B and multivariate testing, using insights from analytics and user research to design intuitive, high-impact experiences across desktop and mobile.
Key Responsibilities
Design and launch A/B, multivariate, and personalized experiments using Adobe Target to optimize user journeys and drive measurable business outcomes.
Build scalable, testable design variants in Figma for global audiences and devices.
Translate user insights from tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Target, Qualtrics, and Microsoft Clarity into actionable design improvements.
Develop and lead a prioritized experimentation roadmap aligned with business goals.
Conduct user research and usability testing to identify friction points and advise design decisions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with UX, engineering, IT, product, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure timely and high-quality experiment execution.
Analyze test results and communicate findings and recommendations to partners
QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
4+ years of validated experience in UX or digital product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing data-informed, user-centered work.
Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS).
Experience designing for e-commerce platforms and optimizing conversion funnels.
Strong understanding of A/B testing, multivariate testing, and personalization strategies.
Ability to interpret and apply insights from analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, and Qualtrics.
Experience using Adobe Target or similar experimentation tools.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
