DIGITAL EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATE

As a Digital Experience Associate, you will play a key role in the rollout and ongoing management of digital programs that elevate the omnichannel user experience. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to align on requirements, support the launch and maintenance of features, and ensure seamless user flows that enhance engagement and deliver business value.

 

Position

 

In this role, you will:

 

Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with business and technical teams to enable timely and effective releases of digital user flows that support business growth. Oversee the ongoing maintenance and performance of digital programs and features, ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience across all channels. Act as platform owner applying configurations, setting up rules, and ensuring functional readiness for seamless activation. Gather, analyse, and translate business needs into actionable requirements that guide feature development and continuous optimisation. Streamline digital performance monitoring through refining performance dashboards and producing focused reports that highlight engagement trends and improvement areas. Work closely with data teams to ensure database structure supports digital needs, enabling accurate reporting, consistent data flows, and effective use of insights across initiatives.

 

Within 6 months, you will:

 

Take ownership of digital platform management, applying business requirements to configure and optimise the user experience. Manage the backlog of feature activations and developments, prioritising tasks to align with business goals. Deliver actionable insights through reporting and dashboard improvements, supporting data-driven optimisation efforts. Identify opportunities to revise and improve processes for more effective digital program delivery and collaboration.

 

Requirements:

 

University degree in Information Technology, Business, Digital Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in digital project coordination, business analysis, or platform management. Hands-on experience in configuring and managing rules or settings within digital platforms Strong understanding of omnichannel user journeys and digital experience best practices. Experience working cross-functionally with technical and business teams in agile or hybrid environments. Proven ability to collect, structure, and translate business requirements into functional specifications. Solid analytical skills with experience in reporting, performance tracking, and dashboard tools. Comfortable working with data teams and interpreting database structure to support reporting and optimisation. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
