We are seeking a skilled and experienced Azure DevOps Lead with a strong background in Azure Cloud to lead and manage our DevOps initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in cloud infrastructure automation, container orchestration, continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD), and monitoring solutions. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership capabilities, and a passion for operational excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities: Lead DevOps initiatives and collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams. Design, deploy, and manage Azure services such as: Azure Web Apps, Function Apps, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Storage Accounts, DNS Zones, Virtual Machines, Azure SQL Networking and Application Gateway, API Management (APIM), Service Bus Monitoring tools like App Insights and Dynatrace Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform Develop Helm charts and manage Kubernetes deployments and upgrades Drive automation and scalability across environments Monitor infrastructure health and implement robust alerting and observability Optimize CI/CD pipelines for faster and safer deployments Ensure security, compliance, and best practices in cloud and containerized environments Mentor team members and help upskill junior DevOps engineers Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 8 years of relevant DevOps/Cloud Engineering experience 3 years of experience in a DevOps Lead or Architect role Expertise in Azure cloud services, especially: Azure Web Apps, Azure Function Apps, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) Azure Networking, DNS Zones, Azure SQL, App Gateway, APIM, Service Bus Proficient in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code Hands-on experience with Helm for Kubernetes deployments Strong understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Solid knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes Experience with observability platforms like Dynatrace and App Insights Strong scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python preferred) Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
