Nestle Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening of the position **Digital Communication Manager** in **Kyiv** **.**
**Position Description:**
Support in developing and implementing the SEE eBusiness strategy across all markets, with the purpose of generating visibility and online word of mouth to build and strengthen our relationships with consumers across the entire parenthood journey (from pre-conception until they exist the category), by working in cooperation with other departments (brand team, medical team, category development department in sales channels, sales, procurement, advertising and research department, etc.) and external partners: mass media, agencies, public organizations, etc.
**Main** **Responsibilities** **:**
- Active participation in the development and implementation of the SEE eBusiness strategy together with rest of the eBusiness team and other functions.
- Offering SEE support for all brands in Nutrition & Dairy category in regards to opinion leaders/ influencers projects implemented by Brand teams in order to increase the share of positive word of mouth. (checking and offering feedback on briefs, checking and offering feedback on influencer proposals, analyzing results and sharing optimization proposals)
- Coordinate and implement across SEE Online Activations with various partners in the digital space with the purpose of increasing the shave of voice for Nestle brands
- Coordinate and implement acros SEE Online Sampling activities with the scope of increasing the penetration of the category products and generate positive online word of mouth and reviews
- Development and implementation of the social media marketing strategy and monthly communication plan for Ukraine market, in close cooperation with brand team and digital and media agencies but also the e-business team of the Europe Zone, including the development of content and the strategy to promote that content.
- Leverage internal tools such as Content Hub and Content Studio for Content Creation in regards to the social media communication, to improve investment performance
- Adaptation and implementation of developed centralized projects, taking into account local conditions and tasks.
- Regular monitoring of all completed projects: quality and effectiveness, level of social media conversation & engagement levels, pre- and post-evaluation of activities to effectively achieve ROI.
- Control the effective allocation of the budget to agreed activities and asses budget spending levels to determine opportunities for effective use of resources to achieve set goals.
- Cooperate with suppliers of goods and services involved in the implementation of projects for consumers, in order to obtain the highest possible level of quality of the goods and services provided.
- Create project plans, monitor the activities of all departments involved in the process of project implementation, ensuring the implementation of projects in accordance with the agreed plans.
- Prompt response (within 12 hours from the moment of receiving the request) to all requests received through all communication channels from consumers and other stakeholders with the involvement of Consumer engagement servces employees, medical representatives; employees of agencies and brand team
- Use the SAP programs to support the business process.
- Supporting on need basis in creation of branded e-content within the framework of I2L business projects, in order to improve e-merchandizing and increase sales in the online channel in partnership with eCommerce dedicated functions
**Main requirements:**
+ Previous experience in digital marketing (Social media, Online Influencers, Digital campaigns) (> 3 years)
+ Fluency in Ukrainian and advanced English (written and spoken
+ Deep knowledge and skills in the field of interaction with consumers and consummer communication
+ Knowledge of loyalty programs and promotions for consumers
+ Knowledge of the agency market (design, advertising, product promotion).
+ Knowledge of related areas (media, market research, trade marketing
+ Good communication (oral and written)
+ Design and delivery of presentations
+ Analytical skills and strategic thinking
