The Digital Engagement Lead will drive change management process with digital and business teams to improve digital product adoption and user awareness. He/she will also need to drive to message overall digital transformation progress and story with Corporate Communication teams for both internal and external communication.
Main responsibilities:
Project Management (35%)
Define project objectives, scope, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders to pilot/scale new business initiatives to project teamsDevelop and manage operational plans, coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of program initiativesAnalyze and solve operational barriers affecting program delivery, with a focus on understanding root causes and driving forward opportunities to enhance productivity and efficiencyChange Management (35%)
Develop change management strategies, including communication plans, stakeholder management, and training programs, to help digital and business teams adapt to new digital tools and processes.Work closely with digital internal teams, GTMC, business teams, and senior leadership to coordinate change management activities and ensure a clear understanding and consensus on change objectives and plans among all parties.Drive change management process in close collaboration with digital internal teams, GTMC and business teams to improve digital product awareness and user adoption and to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruptions to business operations.Participate in the development of project portfolio management strategies to optimize resource allocation and ensure the smooth progress of change management projects within the strategic framework.Communication (30%)
Executes with the team on global digital engagement, communication and promotion strategy and plan for and in line with Digital’s strategy, including but not limited to purpose, stories, mindset, culture, products, achievements, and feedbackExecutes on the consistent brand and voice for Digital, which is used internally and utilized for promoting Digital’s products to our usersExecutes external engagements and promotions in partnership with Corporate CommunicationAbout you
Education
Bachelor’s degree-- a mustAdvanced degrees in relevant subjects-- a plusExperience & Knowledge
MUST:
8-10+ years total work experienceExtensive project management experience, familiarity with project portfolio management tools and techniques, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple change management projects.Ability to design and implement effective change management strategies to help digital teams drive impactful adoption of the digital products/ tools they are developing. Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities through data analysis and provide support for strategic decision-making.Excellent communication skills both written and spoken to effectively interact with stakeholders at different levels and coordinate resources.Solid knowledge and experience with:Project management (including Agile principles)Change management experienceCommunications/PR—internal and externalWriting and delivering effective/compelling PowerPoint presentationsBusiness savvyHigh EQ and IQA PLUS:
Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand and support the vision and goals of the strategy team and tightly integrate change management activities with strategic planning.Knowledge of the pharmaceutical / biotech / medical device industry, especially digital product development and/or commercializationExperience working in both top tier management consulting firms and big MNCsLanguage
