Description:This role supports strategic enablement and operational excellence across the Digital Engagement Centers portfolio. The successful candidate will contribute to the growth of Alleo through the development and refinement of digital tools, templates, and program-level assets that enhance team workflows and stakeholder engagement. This includes creating standardized materials such as presentation frameworks, platform integration kits, and process documentation to support rapid response initiatives and scalable solutions.

The position requires a strong foundation in multidisciplinary design thinking, with a focus on systems integration, user enablement, and digital tool optimization. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and emerging collaboration platforms such as Alleo is essential, along with an ability to stay informed on software capabilities and roadmap developments.
Working under the guidance of the Digital Engagement Centers’ design and integration lead, this role collaborates closely with facilitators, experience designers, and enterprise stakeholders to shape cohesive, user-centered engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Asset Development & Enablement: Create and refine digital templates, presentation frameworks, and toolkits that support consistent and efficient team operations within the Alleo framework.

Feedback Integration: Interpret and apply stakeholder input to improve deliverables through iterative review and quality assurance processes.

Cross-Team Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams and enterprise stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

Tool & Process Adoption: Rapidly learn new platforms and workflows, contributing to a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.

Project Coordination: Balance multiple priorities, manage timelines effectively, and deliver high-quality outputs within agreed-upon deadlines.

Team Enablement: Share expertise to support team development, offering guidance and informal training to elevate collective capabilities in digital engagement.

This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience working independently, autonomously and proactively on assigned tasks
• Experience developing in CSS, HTML, Typescript and Java Script
• Experience with or ability to quickly learn standard IT applications
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Alleo, Mural, Whiteboard, etc.
• U.S. Citizenship
Desired Skills:
• Experience developing in Alleo
• Strong communication skills - written and oral - able to brief / engage with leaders and stakeholders
• Strong problem solving, root cause and closure skills
• Familiarity with design principles and tool such as Photoshop

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $81,600 - $143,865. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
