To craft an employee digital experience program and ensure proper onboarding and implementation to meet the program's expectations.To track and improve digital employee experience by monitoring feedback, touchpoints, and user experience across platforms.To create and maintain real-time dashboards and digital experience queries to support proactive HR decision-making.To map end-to-end digital employee journeys (hire-to-offboarding) to reduce friction and improve completion times.To track the organisation’s Digital Employee Experience Score and eNPS so that the DEX score and engagement rise YoY.To benchmark digital employee experience best practices across telecom and other industries and propose enhancements accordingly.To prepare executive reports and visual heat maps to highlight pain points and collaborate with IT and other functions to address themTo lead the development and implementation of the MTN Irancell Knowledge Management (KM) program and ensure related frameworks and processes are established and maintainedTo work closely with teams across the organization to identify, capture, organize, and share both tacit and explicit knowledge.To evaluate and analyze MTN Irancell's KM maturity level yearly and implement various action plans to improve/maintain the level.To contribute towards building a shared mindset and understanding of knowledge management using the agreed change management approaches.To design and develop various reporting dashboards to present the company's KM status.To design and deliver Training, awareness, and enablement initiatives that build KM culture and embed practices across the company.To create knowledge maps, taxonomies, and repositories that reflect the organization’s knowledge architecture and gaps.To administer and maintain KM software platforms, propose system enhancements, and ensure that tools meet organizational needs.To contribute to developing a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment through user engagement and change management support.To lead and support all employee experience and engagement digital platforms used for employee engagement and recognition, including the Shine platform, iGift, iApp, know, trust, and communication platforms.To collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance recognition experiences and promote a culture of appreciation.To ensure all experience and engagement tools are accessible, user-friendly, and integrated into daily employee experiences.To coordinate employee engagement events and campaigns that are supported by digital tools and communications.To support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) in delivering initiatives related to culture, belonging, and collaboration.To prepare all team reports and track all related KPIs to ensure continuous performance monitoring and improvement in employee experience and engagement.
