AECOM is seeking a Digital EHS Implementation Expert to support clients from the United States. Responsibilities for this position will include:
+ Coordinate and lead technical implementation of projects of varying complexity.
+ Manage complex configuration and/or implementation across multiple modules of one solution and/or multiple vendor product suites (Enablon, Cority).
+ Lead requirements gathering, run gap analysis workshops and multi-module demonstrations in person and remotely.
+ Meet with clients to identify risks and provide status updates.
+ Work with vendors on bugs and enhancement requests.
+ Support training for and oversight of work being performed by junior technical staff.
+ Works with clients on EHS requirements and workflows.
+ Own the successful implementation of projects.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, STEM degrees or a related field +4 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and / or education.
+ Successful track record of technical responsibility for Enablon implementation projects, in particular AQS
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 6+ years of MIS/EHS related experience
+ Experience with several MIS/EHS software applications such as Enablon, Cority, Intelex, Sphera Solutions, EtQ, etc.
+ Business analysis experience and/or certification
+ Knowledge of software implementation life cycle and agile and waterfall methodologies
+ Experience with MS SharePoint and MS Visio
+ Knowledge/experience in conducting client training
+ Knowledge/experience with SQL Scripting
**Additional Information**
+ Ability to travel to client meetings up to 15% of the time.
+ Relocation is not available for this position.
+ Sponsorship is not available for this position.
Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $100,000.00 - $145,000.00.
