Your ‘day to day’:

·       Ensure proper setup and functionality of websites and consumer-facing content.

·       Manage e-commerce operations including order fulfillment, payment, invoicing, and returns/refunds.

·       Monitor, evaluate and interpret website and e-commerce performance using available metrics and analytics tools to uncover actionable insights, and drive improvements in channel efficiency and sales performance.

·       Coordinate with commercial and portfolio teams to execute integrated campaigns and promotions.

·       Identify UX improvements and implement conversion optimization strategies.

·       Maintain and update Product Information Management and Order Management Systems.

·       Manage content creation and updates using Web CMS, including banners, product images, videos, and store locator content.

·       Collaborate with SEO teams and implement personalization strategies using tools like Zoom Analytics and Optimizely.

·       Oversee financial processes related to campaign execution, including PO management and vendor coordination.

Who we’re looking for:

·       University degree related to marketing, digital or related fields.

·       Minimum 2 years of experience in digital, ecommerce or web environment.

·       Experience with google analytics (GA4) or another analytical tool.

·       Experience from or with the third-party agencies and platforms is a plus (media agencies, advertising agencies, web development agencies, performance marketing agencies or platforms such as Meta and Alphabet).

·       Strong analytical abilities to optimize strategies and solve challenges.

·       A systematic and logical approach to problem solving and a capacity to work around problems.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       Ability to adapt and respond quickly to a fast-changing environment.

·       A self-starter with the ability to prioritize.

·       Advanced MS Office knowledge (Excel, PPT).

·       Fluency in English language.
