Ready to Launch Your Career in Digital Distribution?
We’re offering an incredible 12-month paid placement in our Digital Distribution team, based in Chiswick, starting 6th October 2025. Working two days a week in the office, 3 days a week from home, you’ll support in ensuring our content is available, visible, and performing across key platforms. From day one, you’ll gain hands-on experience, take on real responsibilities, and build the skills to launch your career in media — all while being part of a supportive, global business.
The Paramount Pictures International Home Entertainment team is an integral part of our licensing business, driving transactional revenue across both digital (EST and VOD) as well as physical (DVD, Blu-ray) channels everywhere outside of North America.
We work closely with major global platforms (Amazon Prime Video, YouTube and Apple TV), as well as leading local regional customers (Sky, Orange, Pathe, Rekuten and Telstra) to improve sales of all our movie new releases.
Specifically as Digital Distribution, we focus on the dealmaking element, agreeing commercials with customers, managing the relationship, launching new products and managing the P&L and ensuring we remain true to our financial targets.
Transactional is the first window where Paramount films are available after a cinema release so we are also excellently placed within the business to develop relationships with all other areas of the studio.
