**The opportunity**
As **Digital Development Engineering Lead** , you’ll lead global development teams in building and supporting Teva’s digital platforms. You’ll drive innovative, data-driven solutions that
enhance customer experience and deliver real business impact.
This is a hands-on leadership role, combining deep web development expertise with strategic vision. You’ll manage complex digital projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and take full ownership of web performance, site migrations, and application optimization

**How you’ll spend your day**
+ Provide strategic vision and leadership to a highly engaged, high-performing development teams, to deliver industry-leading capabilities that support strategic objectives
+ Act as trusted advisor and collaborative partner, fostering strong relationships with all stakeholders to collectively meet the business priorities and maximize improvements in customer experience
+ Build and develop an effective software development organization, leveraging a strong foundation of internal resource expertise and external partners. Focus on **DELIVERY** of development projects within time and budget
+ Achieve engineering excellence through your extensive knowledge of software engineering practices and principles
+ Lead large digital development and support organization to design, build, and sustain applications with a focus on systems usability, performance, security, quality and reliability
+ Oversee the implementation and management of web development applications, including Power Platforms, CMS updates, site performance optimization, development roadmap, hosting, third party integrations, JS tag deployment, technical bugs, and web development best practices (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
+ Ensure compliance with web accessibility standards and other regulations
+ Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Security, Architects, Business Owners, Delivery leads to ensure application experiences align with customer needs
**Your experience and qualifications**
+ Experienced digital leader with over 12 years in web development and digital platform management, including 10+ years leading teams in dynamic, growth-driven environments.
+ Expert in CMS platforms (SPO, Sitecore, Optimizely), low-code tools (Power Apps), and modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#, APIs)
+ Strong UI/UX orientation and hands-on experience with website migrations and large-scale digital projects
+ Demonstrated ability to assess new technologies, manage vendors, and drive innovation aligned with business goals
+ Skilled communicator with proven leadership and project management capabilities in global, cross-functional settings
+ Fluent in English, self-driven, fast learner, with high execution skills and willingness to travel (up to 10%)
