As a professional in our infrastructure group in the Seattle office, you will act as the Digital Delivery Lead to manage and support a large hub office for all their design technology needs. You will be responsible for researching and helping standardize building information modeling; VDC/BIM workflows across our design practice and organizing and communicating BIM technical information from the Global team to support the local office. Bring your stellar ability to relay these technology solutions to architecture, engineering, and construction professionals. This includes sales/client-facing presentations and meetings.
This is for you if you have a collaborative desire to work with our global DDL (Digital Delivery Lead) team where the office lead shares ongoing work, innovations, and expertise. Work will be performed under the supervision of the office and regional manager, with close alignment with the market leads. This is also a tactical role focused on managing large complex programs with stringent BIM and VDC requirements and with an emphasis on supporting the larger organizational need for innovation and process transformation.

• Substantial years of professional experience in Digital Delivery (BIM/VDC) - Bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• An understanding of project workflows throughout their lifecycle, from proposal, hours planning, design execution, fabrication, construction documentation, administration, and coordination
• Experience training staff in Revit, Civil 3D, Bluebeam, or other engineering software - Experience conducting BIM Execution Plans, RFP responses, etc.
• Advanced proficiency with engineering software (Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Bluebeam, etc.) and general office software (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, etc.)
• Experience with Autodesk cloud platforms (BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, etc.)
• Experience with drones, laser scanning, 3D printing, and other modern technology - Effective leader: Articulate, diplomatic, ethical, collaborative, and dedicated, with ability to motivate established professionals, external partners, and direct reports.
• Ability to work independently, and to manage multiple tasks and projects under strict deadlines.
• Ability to work with sales and leadership to leverage our Digital Delivery capabilities and technology
• Knowledge of APIs and Design, Analysis, and Visual Programming tools like Dynamo, Grasshopper, etc.
• Knowledge of Revitzo, dRofus, Enscape, Rhino, energy modeling, or other similar software and processes used in building design
• FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) Part 107
• Autodesk Certified Professional or CM-BIM certification
