We are seeking a curious, creative and innovative data-driven individual with a proven background in analytical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills.
Map the data points that are required to calculate performance indicators.When global digital systems are implemented, collaborate with the global technology and analytics team to identify data sources and ensure a seamless process for accessing the right data points. Work with the Data Governance team to identify and support resolving data quality issues at the source and in a timely manner. KEY QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES:
Educational background: a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data & Analytics, or a related field. A master's degree can be a plus.Data Analysis: minimum of 5 years of experience with data analysis, business data modeling, and data visualization tools. Familiarity with SQL and other data query languages is an asset.Power BI: 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Power Bi will be a plus.Project Management: experience in project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum. Communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Comfortable working with business stakeholders across a range of data and analytics experience.Experience in conducting business process owner interviews, facilitating requirement gathering sessions, documenting functional data model, and creating user stories.Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking to identify business needs and propose effective solutions.Experience working in a regional (multi-country) or global role.Familiarity with the food/agriculture industry, as this can help in understanding specific business requirements and processes.

Compensation Package: $58,800.00 - $78,500.00 CAD annually + bonus eligibility + Long Term Incentive eligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education/training, and other organizational needs.
