In return we offer you the opportunity of working in an innovative environment helping Sanofi build better solution._ **Main responsibilities:** + Analyze data and contribute to solution design to meet requirements. + Perform exploratory data analysis and feature generation. + Align stakeholders on data models and definitions. + Collaborate on developing and implementing data management standards and best practices. + Gather requirements for sustainable data management. **_About you_** **Experience** : + 5 years of experience DA + Strong understanding of databases, data management tools (business glossary, metadata, cataloging, data quality). + Experience with Lean & Agile practices and privacy laws. + Healthcare experience is a plus. **Soft skills** : + Experience working with multiple teams to drive alignment and results + Self-motivated, takes initiative + Problem solving & critical thinking **Technical Skills** + Proficient in SQL, Python, Snowflake and data profiling + Familiar with cloud computing (AWS) + Skilled in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) + Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Teams, and Informatica Suite **Languages** : English **_Why choose us?_** We provide a highly collaborative environment, with an opportunity to work with a world class team.
