Digital Customer Experience Architect - React
**About the job you’re considering** We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Digital Customer Experience Architect with deep expertise in React JS to lead the transformation of digital touchpoints across our QSR platforms. You will play a key role in shaping the customer journey across web, mobile, and kiosk interfaces—ensuring fast, intuitive, and delightful experiences that reflect the pace and personality of the QSR industry. **Your role** • Architect and implement scalable, high-performance front-end solutions using React JS for web and mobile ordering platforms. • Lead the design and development of digital customer experience solutions across web, mobile web, and mobile apps. • Ensure the integration of React Native and ReactJS technologies to deliver seamless user experiences. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams. • Design and optimize digital experiences for drive-thru, in-store kiosks, loyalty apps, and delivery integrations. • Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to align digital solutions with customer expectations and business goals. • Ensure seamless integration with backend services, POS systems, and third-party delivery platforms. • Analyze customer behavior and feedback to continuously improve digital interfaces and reduce friction. • Stay ahead of QSR digital trends, including personalization, real-time offers, and contactless experiences. **Your skills and experience:** • 8 years of front-end development experience, with 3 years in a lead or architect role. • Expert-level proficiency in React JS, including hooks, context API, and component architecture. • Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6 ), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive/mobile-first design. • Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand) and component libraries (Material UI, Tailwind, etc.). • Familiarity with QSR technologies such as POS systems, loyalty platforms, and digital menu boards. • Proven ability to design customer-centric digital experiences in fast-paced environments. • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Experience with Next.js, TypeScript, and server-side rendering. • Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and A/B testing. • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines. \#LI-MS4 #LI-ONSITE **Life at Capgemini** Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
