Job Description:Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesGather information and document business requirement document for any new requirements/change requestsElicit, analyze, specify and verify business requirements / features/user stories created by other business analystsResponsible for understanding the business needs, requirement analysis, identifying business solutions and validating the pros and cons of the solutions optionsParticipate and lead requirement gathering workshopsIdentify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive)Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirementsAssess business process and system inefficienciesDemonstrated fluency in business processes and process differentiationAbility to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processesUnderstand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholdersServe as a liaison between Operations and IT to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementationsCreate and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates.Meet with project team regularly to review project deliverables and deadlinesDevelop and execute test plansWilling to work in Rotational Night ShiftsSkills Required5-8 Years of experience as a Business AnalystExperience on CRM DomainERP Experience – Oracle or AX preferred with knowledge of O2C and P2P cyclesMust have experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the businessData analysis – Must have proficiency with SQL, Microsoft ExcelStrong analytical skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills – must be able to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writingExperience working on agile methodology projects with highly volatile requirementsAbility to work independently, as well as part of a teamDetail oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skillsStrong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end usersStrong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skillsStrong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and delivery teamsExperience as a Certified Scrum Master would be an advantage
