The Digital Coordinator will play a key role in the evolution of UCB's Digital Transformation, encompassing the entire customer-facing digital strategy from both a product perspective and patient access, as well as from an innovation standpoint.
All strategies, tactics, and programs should be focused on generating a positive impact on patients and aiding the organization in maintaining competitive profitability. All of this aligned with the business strategy.
Providing an omnichannel approach that represents a strategy that unifies all sales tools and various channels, integrating them into a seamless and memorable experience for key customers.
Establishing communication channels among stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency (compliance/legal) of solutions for patients.
Key Activites
Focuses on field force, using tactics from internal engineProvide guidance for all activities associated with Content DigitalizationPrioritize field requests from Digital Leads, PVUs and the customer-facing team to address internal resource limitations.Assist DBT Lead in aligning local strategies with the omnichannel approach for deployment.Enhance care delivery effectiveness by holding both internal and external teams accountable for generating value for patients.Manage the relations Advertising, Design & Content agencies to secure that every material (digital) is developed according to the Unit’s requirements in time and form.Analyze, adapt, and execute the omni-channel strategy along with tactical solutions.Develop and implement an area-specific omni-channel strategy and tactical plan tailored to stakeholder preferences and needs.Collaboratively create an omni-channel strategy and develop solutions.Identify, devise, and implement digital solutions that cater to ecosystem-specific requirements.Assure all marketing/medical digital strategies and tactics included in the PVBP unfold properly and on time, maximizing cost-effectiveness and compliant, while keeping proper track and record of the relevant data and outcomes.Collaborate cross-functionally with the medical team, HELs, and Solutions Partners to document insights, share key learnings, and jointly develop and update omni-channel strategic plans.Be accountable for crafting and executing the overarching patient value strategy for various ecosystems that may exist within the country.Monitoring the budget of digital initiatives and external communication
Compliance and Pharmacovigilance:
Consistently adhere to SOPs, as well as internal and external guidelines.Serve as a resource to ensure the accurate reporting of suspected adverse events and quality complaints in accordance with our Pharmacovigilance SOPs.
Requirements
At least 1 year on Pharmaceutical or Consumer Industries mainly in Marketing, Sales areas, value solutions creation, customer service, among othersDeep knowledge and understanding in digital marketing.Skills on health care, sales, marketing, market understanding,Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communications.Omnichannel knowledgeInvolved in the pharmaceutical technologies such as Veeva, Salesforce, among others (preferred)Strong knowledge in digital tools and content generation (commercial & medical)Prioritization and results orientedEnglish fluentAre you ready to ‘go beyond’ to create value and make your mark for patients?
