We’re looking for someone who knows & understands the world of digital and customer behaviours to support the business in building strong online brand presence and business recommendation based on consumer and analytical research. The candidate will be the voice of the shopper; ensuring that the digital experiences we deliver improve the shopper journey, while meeting commercial goals. The candidate will need to use User led and Design thinking methods to identify opportunities and clear use cases (KPIs : Sales/Profitability). The candidate will need to be able to project manage and drive collaboration across business functions to dis/prove any solution. They will need to manage proof of concepts; from inception to business as usual. Providing learnings, business cases and support to integrate into the business (UK/Global/Sector). Sharing failures , as well as wins. Candidate should be able to capture digital stakeholder requirements for UX projects and prioritise according to importance/urgency/ROI. Set achievable research goals and a research plan that’s clear, comprehensive, and aligned with business objectives. . Responsibilities Oversee the digital content technology roadmap, processes, budget & agency relationships for the UK – including Brandbank, Erudus, SGK eCom images, KCC internal agency and PIM. Manage the GCC PIM supply chain team members and GCC Digital Merchandisers through the process of digital product content development and systems syndication. From New Line Forms, through to content launch across all digital retail channels and de-list management. Ensure that new UK product launches, R&D changes and product re-designs are launched accurately, on-time & optimised for the digital shelf; liaising closely with Commercialisation, Marketing, Legal and Account teams to ensure all requirements are captured. Manage a test & learn strategy for content to continually improve results; sharing learnings and insights with the wider digital team. Manage the UX digital research roadmap, processes, budget, outputs and agency relationships for the UK market – including UserZoom and DragonflyAI. Manage the UX research team in the UK and GCC (People Manager for UK UX Researcher) to ensure that comprehensive UX tests are executed, on time and that accurate analysis is well-documented and shared with stakeholders to drive action from the insights. Conduct and commission research for quantitative and qualitative studies. Managing the end-to-end process; from planning to workshops and delivering analysis. Produce and deliver UX/Content Quarterly business updates. Share best-practices, learnings and case studies with the wider business as well as Content & UX counterparts globally. Qualifications Project management – ability to manage multiple projects in a fast moving and ever - changing environment with maturity and foresight to cope with input and changes , ( sometimes at the last minute). Strong communication skills to work across multiple internal markets & stakeholders and a wide range of stakeholders across channels, media & technology. Ability to build winning relationships with both internal & external stakeholders. Entrepreneurial spirit & can-do approach. Strong understanding of design thinking & product design methods. Strong commercial and analytical ability to manage both the operational and strategic agenda. Analytical skills – create robust analysis and meaningful insights to drive actions and highlight opportunities. Inspire others – ability to engage broad range of stakeholders both through compilation of compelling and persuasive presentations and ability to deliver. Strong results orientation - track record of hitting and exceeding targets. Technically savvy and has an interest in technology and digital, including different digital solutions & tools that are available in the market. Have a proactive & entrepreneurial mindset to identify & deliver the right opportunities for PepsiCo growth – Embody collaboration, integrity & trust.
