Job Scope:
Liberty Hardware is seeking a talented individual to join our growing digital team, leading the next evolution in online shopping for home design and bath categories. We offer the unique experience of a close-knit, supportive environment with the stability and resources of Masco, a Fortune 500 company. This role leads a team responsible for executing and syndicating best-in-class, accurate product content across online retail eCommerce platforms and brand-owned company websites. They will manage 2-3 Digital Content Specialists, coordinating their activities to ensure the team meets identified KPIs and leading their professional development. This leader’s team ensures product data, imagery, videos, and descriptive copy adhere to brand guidelines and are optimized for search engines and consumer engagement. Additionally, they will support the set-up of a new syndication platform. They collaborate with cross-functional teams like Marketing Services, Digital Operations, Customer Experience, and Digital Marketing, and work with retailer Brand Advocates to implement customer standards. They drive for a cohesive online presence and data integrity to influence sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management & Development:
· Monitor team workloads and develop flex plans for timely task completion and delivery against KPIs.
· Assign and manage ticketed maintenance requests for online product page updates.
· Promote continuous learning and professional growth within their team by implementing development programs, encouraging collaboration, and recruiting team members who are committed to ongoing learning and improvement.
· Champion thought leadership by staying updated with industry trends and sharing insights with the team.
Retailer Data:
· Responsible for setting up items in retailer portals and managing a future state syndication platform (such as InRiver or Salsify) for more efficient processes.
· Ensures accurate and consistent online content and product information through content audits that follow merchandising standards.
· Analyze retailer data and systems to identify automation or workflow opportunities for improvement.
· Maintain process for removing discontinued items from customer portals as needed.
· Item relationship maintenance to ensure items are accurately grouped on a page together.
Continuous Improvement:
· Identify and advocate for continuous improvement opportunities that streamline workflows and enhance productivity, leveraging automation whenever possible.
· Maintain audit process for product pages to ensure accuracy and integrity of merchandising standards.
· Cultivate relationships with Brand Advocates across retailers to partner on mutually beneficial online initiatives.
Education & Experience:
· 4+ years’ experience in eCommerce and digital shelf, collaborating with retail partners, preferably with The Home Depot, Lowe’s, Amazon, and/or Wayfair.
· Prior experience supervising others, managing team workloads, and allocating resources.
· Prior experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or similar systems.
· Prior Experience with product information management systems and syndication such as Stibo STEP, Salsify, or InRiver.
