Digital Content Curator
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Collaborates with various stakeholders to drive content quality, maintenance, and consistency Scope and execute on content projects, measuring and reporting on customer impact Enforces content standards when collaborating with SME authors Responsible for the content set for their portfolio, enabling and evangelizing customer self-service through their decision-driven content actions  Uses and promotes Site Hygiene best practices, enforcing Content Lifecycle policies for their portfolio’s content and managing linking strategy Analyzes the content health and value of their portfolio to identify top customer tasks and implement high impact content updates that enable customer self-service for those tasks Uses a combination of data analysis, user research, customer and internal feedback, and content audits to identify high impact opportunities for improvement across all content types. Who You Are:   You follow through on commitments and make sure others do the same. You balance the interests of multiple stakeholders.  You provide calmness and productivity, even when things are unclear.   For This Role, You Will Need: Experience with web writing best practices, information architecture, and general web technology  Data-driven and analytical mindset. Must be able to evaluate data and reach sound conclusions to drive priority of work A passion for customer success and keeping a customer-centric mindset at all times  Demonstrate a drive for results, problem-solving skills, and an ability to make independent decisions for the benefit of a product and a team  Possess expert skills around building consensus and rallying cross-functional and/or global teams to work together Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Familiarity with Knowledge-Centered Support best practices and Test & Measurement Support procedures  Experience with NI products and intimate knowledge of customer needs and hurdles when using these products   Our Culture & Commitment to You:
