A Digital Content Creator is a key role within our Product Education team, dedicated to transforming complex information into engaging and visually impactful digital experiences for learners wherever they are. We empower our global community - customers, partners, and colleagues - by producing standout graphics, videos, and multimedia content that drive understanding, engagement, and business impact.

You will collaborate closely with Product Education Specialists, Subject Matter Experts, Product Marketing and Customer Success to bring educational initiatives to life. Whether you are storyboarding a new explainer video, animating a product feature showcase, or designing graphics for self-paced e-learning modules, your creative vision and technical expertise will shape the learning journeys of thousands.

You know you’re doing a great job when you:

Ideate, storyboard, and create eye-catching digital learning assets: videos, animations, graphics, interactive modules, and more, based on scripts and briefs from our Product Education Specialists and SMEs.

Apply your strong visual design skills to maintain a consistent and authentic look in line with our brand identity across all materials.

Edit and produce multimedia content using industry-standard tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Da Vinci Resolve, Audacity, etc.), ensuring clarity, accuracy, and great design.

Create compelling stories and narratives that bring educational materials to life and connect with diverse audiences.

Apply principles of instructional design to enhance the effectiveness and retention of our content.

Engage with colleagues across teams to align on messaging, style, and technical accuracy.

Research, understand, and tailor content for multiple audiences, all while adapting tone, format, and visuals for maximum relevance.

Stay up-to-date with creative trends, viral digital formats, and emerging best practices to ensure cutting-edge content delivery.

Support the delivery and tracking of content via our Learning Management System (LMS) or Content Management System (CMS) as needed.

Balance several projects at once, planning and prioritizing to meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Experiment with new tools and platforms to increase impact and efficiency - sharing fresh ideas to push boundaries in digital learning.

More about you:

You have a degree in Graphic Design, Architecture/Industrial Design, Film, Art, Informatics with a focus on UX/education, or a related creative field.

You have a robust portfolio of digital content: videos, graphics, social media posts, motion designs, or e-learning assets that demonstrates your creative flair and strategic approach.

You have strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills, able to turn detailed scripts and briefs into engaging content.

You’re comfortable applying instructional design techniques and can collaborate with educational and technical specialists.

You have a good eye for detail and always keep aesthetics and branding top of mind.

Curiosity drives you: you keep tabs on what’s new in digital learning, design, and content marketing, and you’re not afraid to try something different.

You have a genuine passion for learning, sharing, and making a difference through creative digital work.

You’re a true collaborator, happy to work with peers in product, education, design, and marketing, always seeking and giving feedback.

You manage your time well, embrace feedback, and adapt quickly to shifting requirements or project priorities.

Communication comes naturally for you, both in sharing ideas and understanding team needs.

Your qualifications:

Strong knowledge of video and audio editing; hands-on experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Da Vinci Resolve, or Audacity.

Demonstrable experience in graphic design with platforms such as Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Experience creating educational, marketing, or promotional content for digital channels (please include a portfolio).

Experience applying instructional design principles and collaborating with education or training teams.

Experience with WordPress or other CMS, and/or with LMS platforms (Workday, Talent LMS, Docebo, Intellum, etc.) is a plus.

Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
