We’re looking for a detail-oriented, resourceful, and tech-savvy Digital Content Author to join our fast-paced team in Culver City. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys solving problems, and has hands-on experience building digital experiences across web and email platforms. Key Responsibilities + Build and publish engaging content experiences for web and email using CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), WordPress, or other modular/component-based systems. + Operate and manage email platforms, ensuring timely and accurate campaign execution. + Conduct thorough QA across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices to identify and resolve issues related to layout, functionality, and responsiveness. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support brand promotions, product launches, and digital events. + Work with localized content, including translation implementation and QA review. + Maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency in all published content. Required Skills & Qualifications + 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a CMS author, email platform operator, or similar digital content role. + Proficiency with Adobe Suite (including Adobe Analytics and AEM), WordPress, and other CMS/email platforms. + Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and basic eCommerce principles. + Strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, and general web/email standards. + Experience QAing websites, emails, and digital assets. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Exceptional attention to detail—able to spot typos, inconsistencies, and edge cases. + Energetic, results-driven, and eager to learn. + Comfortable navigating ambiguity and pivoting quickly when needed. + Self-motivated and committed to delivering high-quality work. Preferred Skills + Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems. + Familiarity with task management tools like Monday.com, JIRA, or Wrike. + Basic understanding of SEO and Adobe Photoshop. + Multilingual capabilities are a plus. Work Environment + Hybrid role based in Culver City; expected to work in-office at least 3x/week. + Must be available for occasional early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays to support brand initiatives. + Willingness to work overtime as needed. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $72.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
